Dear Customer,
This is a notification from New Jersey American Water.
Trenton Water Works is experiencing water system issues, which has impacted their ability to provide water service to their customers within the City of Trenton and surrounding communities. As a result, they have requested New Jersey American Water open our emergency interconnections to help reinforce their water supply.
During this time, some customers in West Windsor and Lawrence Township may experience reduced water pressure. For more information or to see a map of the affected area please go to NewJerseyamwater.com and click on Alerts. If you are a landlord and water service is in your name, please inform your tenants so they are aware of this potential impact to their water service. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to assist Trenton Water Works and the communities they serve.
