Message Reminder from TMK Mangement: Bulk Waste rules with Township of Lawrence

Hello, Yorkshire Village!

During our weekly inspections, we are starting to see a lot of very large items on the front of properties or in the road (furniture / mattresses etc). I reached out to the township on this as they will also start enforcing township rules a bit stronger, since the roads are not private.

To help with the matter, I'm attaching the rules (below) as they pertain to Bulk. Anything over 50 pounds must be scheduled for township pickup. If you simply leave it out, their crew will NOT take it. Please follow the rules and bring the furnishings back into your garage until your appointment is set, as its creating issues in the road as well as taking away your home's curb appeal when left on the front lawn.

Additionally, while the weather has been less than cooperative lately with the amount of rain we have had, we understand mowing lawns were difficult. However, we are finally heading into a dry week, so please come out of your home and assess your property and maintain it. Management and the township will begin enforcement on this again.
