Message from TMK Mangement: Annual Township Concrete Replacement Program

Hello, Yorkshire Village!

Please remember that the township is taking applications for homeowners to be added the annual concrete replacement program. Attached is the required application. If you submit/email this to the township, please make sure that you include (Tricie Kohut): tkohut@tmkmgt.com in the "cc" so that we can check this in our system. If you do not apply and if you have sections of lifted concrete, you will remain in violation with HOA and be fined until such time as you replace those sections. They currently only have 2 homeowners on the list for this year.
