We were alerted earlier this week by a fellow homeowner that someone left a mess of empty liquor bottles by the clubhouse, one of which was broken and near the walkway. TMK Mangement sent a mass community email alert shortly after for those who might come across that area of the walkway adjacent to the building. Please note that the landscaping service has since cleaned this up.
Although we are not certain whether these bottles were left by someone in the community, we would still like to ask that people refrain from this sort of activity in our shared areas (and report any suspicious activity to the police). We also would like to remind everyone to always pick up your litter and do not leave anything behind. Our collective dilligence on the matter ensures we maintain a safe and clean community, while maintaining value in our properties.
