IMPORTANT Message from TMK Management (1/18/24): Clearing Sidewalks

Please be reminded that you are fully responsible for shoveling and applying ice melt to all areas of sidewalk that are at your location (front and side if you are on a corner). Right now, there is a rather dangerous situation here with people not clearing these walks -- we have children being forced to walk in the road to get to their bus and folks out and about also forced to be in the main road. You will be ticketed by the Township of Lawrence for non-compliance of this ordinance.
My team is out at the HOA today and will be obtaining a full list of addresses in violation. Please take immediate steps to clear if you have not done so already.
We have yet another storm heading our way for tomorrow into Saturday, which will be adding to this situation since the temperatures will not be going over freezing.
