A friendly reminder that our regularly scheduled quarterly association meeting is tonight, Thursday, Oct. 26, at 7pm via Zoom Teleconferencing. Homeowners will only be given access to the meeting room at 7pm.
*Please take note that the open session Q&A segment will be held only to matters for the HOA operations only.
*The 2024 Budget had been emailed directly to homeowners from TMK Management and can also be accessed HERE (under Financial Reports- follow instructions for access).
